Proposed amendment of section 310 of the Criminal Procedure Code so as to allow the Sessions Judge in a case under section 307, after the jury has given its verdict, to record the plea of the accused in regard to prior convictions against him, and if necessary, to take evidence in regard there to before reporting the case for the orders of the High Court.
