Grant of an extraordinary gratuity of Rs.200 to Musammat Parbati, widow of late constable Puttu Lal Singh of the Cawnpore district police, who was stabbed in the neck while on duty by one Kalku Singh and subsequently died of the injuries inflicted on him.
