In reply to letter No. 38 Dt. 1st June last, transmitting a memorial from Chunder Seckur Bannerjee late Daragah of Thennah Shumsheregunge in Zillah Moorshedabad, who was dismissed after a Service of 27 years, on the ground of ``old age and incompetence,`` desires that the Lieut. Governor be instructed to take the memorialist case into consideration with a view to ascertain whether he should not receive a superannuation pension.
