With reference to Secretary of State`s despatch No. 38, dated the 18th October last, forwards a letter from the Government of the Punjab and returns the form furnished by the Royal Humane Society giving full particulars in connection with the rescue of four women by Police Constable Maula Buksh in the River Ravi on the 11th April 1877.
