In continuation of the documents enclosed in Despatch No. 17, dated 5th August, 1868, transmits copy of a further communication from the Government of Bombay, and of the papers cited therein, showing the measures adopted for bringing Act, XIX of 1850 (concerning the binding of Apprentices) into operation in that Presidency.
