Regarding to copy of a Message No. 132, dated the 31st ultimo, from the Legislative Council, together with the Jamestjee Jeejeebhoy Baronetcy Bill (in original) therein referred to, with a view to the sanction of Her Majesty to its passing being previously obtained and signified in pursuance of the Statue 16 and 17 Vic., Cap. 95, Section 26.
