In continuation of Despatch No. 57, dated 3rd October 1878, forwards a letter from the Government of Fort. St. George, giving cover to Returns of business performed by the High Court at that Presidency in its Original and Appellate sides during the year 1878, and enquires whether these Returns are still required in the India Office.
