Regarding to received in July last a Petition from one Konny Loll Johory, praying that, under the circumstances detailed therein, the personal estate of a convicted felon named Sarodapersad Mitter might be cheated, and that he (Petitioner) might be reimbursed out of if for the losses he had sustained through the felony committed by the said Sarodapersad Mitter.
