In continuation of Despatch No. 15, dated 9th instant, forwards a further letter from the Government of Bengal, giving cover to a Memorial addressed to the Secretary of State by Mr. J. Posford, of the Bengal Civil Service, on the subject of the reduction of the salaries of European Puisne of the reduction of the salaries of European Puisne Judges appointed to the High Court at Calcutta.
