Decision that candidates who were allowed to appear at the licentiate examination of the State Medical Faculty of Bengal cerebro and including the Ist Examination to be held in May 1919 and who lost their first chance owing to the delay in the issue of orders by the Government of India, may be permitted to make good this loss by appearing at the examination to be held in November 1919.
