With reference to Sad Kimperlay`s Despatch, No. 66 dt. 15th July 1886 transmits copy of a further letter from the Secy. to the trustees of the Gilchrist Educational trust & requests to be furnished, at an early dt, with a reply to the Despatch of the 15th July 1886 regarding the proposal to withdraw the Gilchrist Indian Scholarship after the award W. May be made in January.
