Proposal that when the appointments of Health Officer to the municipalities of Madras and Rangoon, Curator of the Herbarium, Calcutta, and Superintendent of the Indian Museum, Natural History Section, Calcutta, are held by Indian Medical Service Officers, they should be treated as cadre appointments for the time being and recruited for in the ordinary way.
