Cancellation of article 835 of the Civil Service Regulations which requires that all medical certificates submitted with applications by non-gazetted officers in the superior service for leave on medical certificate for a longer period than six months must be countersigned by the Administrative Medical Officer of the province in which the leave is being spent.
