Provision of quarters at Delhi and Calcutta for the offices of the Central Committee of the Dufferin Fund, the Victoria Memorial Scholarship Fund and Lady Minto`s Indian Nursing Association instead of the annual contribution of Rs. 1,000 towards the house rent- of these offices during the cold seasons.
