Release through a mistake on the part of the Local Jail authorities occasion of the signature of peace with Germany when clemency was shown to prisoners of Batet Kesri Singh Charan of the Kotah state. who had been convicted of an offence committed within the Kotah state and sentenced to imprisonment for life and was transferred to the Hazaribagh Jail to undergo his sentence.
