Grant to Sub-Asset-Syrgeon Jaisa Ram of the kashmir state Medical Department, lately employed under the Govt. in the Kashmir Residency dispensery, of a war bonus of 20% of pay from imperial Revenues for the period July 24th 1919 to February 22nd 1920, provided extra expenditure is met by re-appropriation and he has not drawn any war allowance.
