Sanction to the creation of a pensionable appointment of ``Inspector for the investigation of cases of Trespass on the Eastern Bengal State Railway`` on Rs.300-10-350 per mensem, as a tentative arrangement for one year and to the appointment thereto of Babu Moti Lal Ganguli, an Inspector of the Raiway Police.
