Memorial from Mr. Kent, Government Assessor of the Tribunal of Appeal constituted under the City of Bombay Improvement Act, 1898, regarding his remuneration. Retention by Mr. Kent of the surplus fees received by him prior to the 27th July 1905, the date from which the new rate of remuneration to the assessors takes effect.
