Sanction to the proposal that one-third of the pay and allowances of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bombay Dock Police, should be recovered from the Bombay Port Trust with retrospective effect instead of one-third of his pay and one-half of his allowances which are at present recovered. Reference to the Secretary of State waived in this case by the Comptroller-General.
