Notifications issued by the Labour Deptt. under the Indian Explosives Act, 1884(1) declaring that acetylene be deemed to be an explosive within the meaning of the said Act and prohibiting its manufacture, possession and importation, (2) prescribing that drafts of rules proposed to be made under the said Act shall be published in one issue of the Gazette of India and (3) prohibiting the manufacture, possession, sale and importation of sulphur in admixture with, chlorates.
