Supply to the Railway Department of copies of notifications exempting Kirpans possessed or carried by Sikhs in the United Provinces, and lead, Saltpeter and sulphur in the Districts of Mianwali and Muzaffargarh in the Punjab. Notification issued in respect of schedule II of the Arms Rules should always be endorsed to the Railway Department (Railway Board).
