Resolutions passed at a meeting of the Sikhs held in the Rambagh, Amritsar, on the 1st December 1919, and at a meeting of the Punjab Zamindars` Central Association, Lahore, held on the 21st December 1919, suggesting that the Punjab be placed on a footing of equality with other Provinces in the matter of exemption from restrictions regarding the possession etc., of arms other than fire-arms.
