Payment of fees to members of the Censoring and Certifying Boards established under the Cinematograph Act, 1918. Decision that no class of films, such as Pathe`s Gazettes and Gaumount Graphic, should be exempted from Censorship. Decision that when a film has been certified by one Board and the fee paid, no further fee should be charged if the film is re-examined in some other province.
