Decision that in future action appointment to posts of Principal of Chiefs Colleges will be made according to the seniority and general suitability of the officers and recommendation of the government body of the Colleges concernd and that no action appointment will be made in the Colleges concerned and that action appointment will be made in the selection grade posts.
