Enquiry whether the term `ex-soldiers as used in the orders allowing ex-soldiers (British and Indian) serving in the Police Department to count their previous military service as qualifying for a Civil pension under certain conditions, includes European Commissioned officers of the British or Indian Army who are appointed to the Imperial Police service.
