Examination of the following points in connection with the internal administration of police under the future constitution, namely. (1) Direct appointment of Deputy Superintendent of Police; and (2) Amendment of the Bombay District Police Act, IV of 1890, so as to exclude the power of intervention in police matters vested in District Magistrates and Commissioners.
