Proposal that the ex-military officers mentioned in items (3) and (4) of Schedule VII to the Indian Arms Rules, 1924, may be allowed free licenses in respect of revolvers and pistols of other than 455 bore provided such revolvers and pistols had in fact -- carried by them as part of their equipment when in employment.
