Petition of the parents and guardians of the Muzafferpur candidates for the ensuing Entrance Examination of the Calcutta University praying that in view of the prevalence of plague at Patna these candidates may be permitted to appear for examination either at Muzafferpur or any other place in the Behar Circle which is free from plague.
