Sanction to the annual lump sum grant fixed for the expenses of the Indian Railway Conference Association being raised from Rs. 42,500/- to Rs. 54,500/- during the financial year 1919-20 to cover the leave allowances of Lieutenant Colonel C.V. Bliss, C.I.E., permanent Secretary of the Conference, who has been granted 9 months combined leave on demobilization.
