Rejection of the memorial from Mrs. I. Mckeown, widow of the late Mr. W. Mckeown, Inspector of Police in the United Provinces, praying for the grant of a compassionate allowance in consideration of the services of her late husband. Decision that local Governments should forward memorials when there is a doubt of their being rightly withheld.
