Proposals for the addition of four posts of Magistrate and Collector and four posts of District and Sessions Judge, respectively, to the cadre of the Indian Civil Service in the Bengal Presidency to meet the needs of the Settlement Department and the requirements of the Judicial Administration in that Presidency.
