Sanction to the grant of an additional temporary allowance of Rs. 200/- per mensem to Sardar Abdul Rashid Khan, an Afghan refugee, on medical grounds. Permission granted to him to spend the summer at Kasauli at his own expenses, provided the Punjab Govt. agree and will maintain unobtrusive surveillance over the Sardar.
