Komargata Maru who were refused admission into British Colombia under the Canadian Immigration Laws , detailed report on the subject by Mr. Hop Kinson , Riot at Bridge Bunde by the ex-passenger of the Komagatu Meru and appointment of a mixed committee of officials and non-officials under the presidency of Sir W. Vincent to enquire into the matter internment by the Govt. of Bengal of certain of the persons concerned in the riot under he Ingress into India Ordinance 1914, V of 1914.
