Resolve of Mr. Gandhi to undertake a fast from the 8th May 1933 for 21 days for reasons wholly unconnected with Government and connected solely with the Harijan Movement. Decision of Government to release Mr. Gandhi Unconditionally on the comencement of his fast but to make no charge in Government`s poliey towards Civil Disobedlence Movement or release of Civil Disobedience prisoners.
