Decision that the suggestion made by the India Office that an Article, corresponding to F.R.74, should be inserted in the C.S.R. detailed procedure rules in those Regulations relating to matters covered by that rule being omitted, should be left over for consideration in connection with or after the issue of the various sets of regulations necessitated by the C.S.(C.C.& A) Rules.
