Question in the Council of State asking for ;- (1) The definition of the term other minority communities` occurring in the Home Department Resolution of the 4th July 1934 about communal representation in the Services. (2) The quotas fixed for Muslims in subordinate posts in the Posts and Telegraphs, Income -Tax, Customs and Excise Departments, and (3) The date from which the appointments will be made under the orders in the Resolution referees to above.
