Suggestions made by the Chief Commissioner, Delhi, (1) that rule 55 of the C. C. & A. Rules be amended so as to enable Government to remove an Officer on a charge of general efficiency, and (II) that Article 465-A of the Civil Service Regulations relating to Compulsory retirement after completion of 25 years` qualifying service be made applicable to all Central Government employees.
