In reply to Lr.No.87 Dt.11th Instt. ifnorms that he has returned to the Preparation of his report on the Fortress of Mooltan, Which shall be completed before he enters upon the drainage questions of the cantt. of Ferozepore, & states that the whole of the plans required so accompany his report are ready.
