Transmits copies of a letter and of a reprot thereon by the Mily. Bd. and with refer to the G.A. by the Govt. of India, no. 261D, dated 15th Aug. last, requests that that Govr. may be informed whether all public servatn of offices and men and the families of sepoys and public followers should be provision graties on baord ship when proceed to.
