With reference to their letter no. 8 of the 19th june last submits for information copy of one from W Beardsmore propriceress to the lunatic Asylum Bhawanipore enclosing a case of private I davis H M 's 39th regiment in subtitution of that which accompanied their letter above refered to whom they recommend for transmission to england by one of the vessel of the present season.
