With reference to their letter of the 3st dec. 1844 & to the reply there to from this depart. d/ 7th feb. following transmits for information E mily. letter from the H E of Drs. to the gover. of Bengal d/ 19th july 145 etating that they have forwards for rupest the paper selating to light conductors to professioon foraday and wheatstone.
