Transmits a memorail to the address of the court of director soliciting the pension allotted by court for lenght actual srvice according to their order dated 4th May 1842 published in G O 1st july of that year to enable him to retire and offering observating regarding his case and that of D Rankin & trust that his memorail mayy be throught worthly of being recommeneded.
