in reply to his letter 18 april last state that the will of the late serjent subject was delinered to captain kay at dinepore on the 20th noc 1843 for transmits from to this department as per annexed copy of the of fraim recipt & request may be made for the purpose of ahsaming the original will which it is of the almost impartance to papers for the purpose of prosecting .
