Genl. letter with copy of one from Captain Remsay forwarding a petition and lost pay and ration moeny certificates from the naitve hospital estab. attached to H.Ms. 13th Regt. stating that they accoutn the regt. from Kussoule brough service to Bombayu who teh righ embarced for europe on the 19th March last.
