With refr. to G.A. 31st Jan. last, states that the son of the Late Serj. Major Hay, 56th n.I. is at present an out ward of the lower orphan school and inreceipt of the nounty of Govt. and requests, that the sub treasure be instructed to transfer the sum of Rs.101.5.4 d eposited in the treasury on acct. of the deceased estate to the deposit for ward of the institution.
