In reply to Lr.No.34 of the 7th Ultimo forward, for submission to the gover.genl. an original despathch from the Mily.Board D.P.W.No.8067 of Instt. regarding the appointment of a sucdess or to Captn.E.W.Scott late secy. to the board, the Mily.Board think, that the board at present consolituted is very infficient for the managements of the deptt.
