Submit, a copy of remarks by Lieut.& Adjt. genl. of the kealt-i Ghilzie regt. relative to teh retrenchment of a moiety of the allowances of a mess in his corps, and soliciting to be made acquainted with the small numbers for whom Full, instead of Half Mess. allowance may be drawn.
