With refer. to provius correspondence and in reply to a letter of the 24th May last, on the difficulty of procurirng Dooley beares for the troops in Scinde - transmtis copy of one from major Genl. Gunter, commd. in uper Scinde, intimating that he has succeded in procurring the srvicex of oen sirdar at 10 Rs. two mates at 6 Rs. each and one hundred beares a 5 rupees a man.
