Forwards copy of a letter from B captain C J walsh 14 N I with proceeding of a MEdical committee assembeld on the 29th dec. 1846 and the certificate from his medical attendant and commanding offficers with a view to jis being admitted to a gratiuty of six month pay as recommend by the committee on acct. of a wound recived in thee action of Ferozepore on the 21st Dec. 1845.
