States that the owing to the carelessness of a guard placed over the house of the late Lieut. & Adjt.Hay in the cant. of jutog for its protection a fire broke and in the house and to save the house from Utter destructions he caused a large portion of one of the pasage walls to be broken doing, & ordered the injury sustained to be immediately reparied.
